Deep and Deeper is a fast-paced 2D arcade boss rush where dwarves descend into the depths, battling monstrous guardians one after another. Made in just a month for Boss Rush Jam 2025 by FartFish and 🕹️swagshaw, this game challenges you to adapt, react, and survive against unique and relentless bosses.
🔥 Master the Depths With simple controls but a high skill ceiling, every encounter is a test of reflexes and strategy. You can jump in and play instantly, but true mastery requires precise dodging, counterattacks, and the right tactics for each boss.
👾 Face the Three Guardians
- The Colony – A chaotic swarm of insect-like creatures. Keep moving, or they’ll consume you.
- Dune Mow – A burrowing predator that strikes unpredictably. Read its movements or risk being caught off guard.
- Blaze Moth – A fiery terror that rains destruction from above. Find openings between the flames and strike when the moment is right.

Amazing art style and the best tutorial I've seen so far. Only issue for me is that the game is a bit laggy, tho it doesn't ruin the gameplay that much.

As for the delay, it's probably due to the internet connection if you played the web version. You can try the downloadable version for comparison.

Hello! We're sorry you encountered this bug. It's the only one we couldn't fully fix, but fortunately, it happens rarely. You can still complete the game by simply restarting this boss. We promise, the final one won’t let you get bored! ;)
